Classes

Suitable for all fitness levels, we have a range of classes. Each class will be designed to improve your endurance level, overall strength and confidence. Classes will include high intensity interval training, circuit training, kettlebells and strength training. Please show up 5-10 minutes before the class, especially if it is your first time.
